Salt. Let there be salt.

Such a quick post tonight - didn't get home from work 'till 7:30 so it's been a compressed evening.  This was a chicken, snow-pea and black-bean stir fry - there was nothing at all wrong with it. Just a bit meh. It's on cuisine.com if that inspires you to try it - I reckon I could fiddle with the recipe a bit and improve it... 
Courtesy of N.B. here's an educative article about cooking and very good it is too. The bit about knives really reminds me to go get my global knife sharpened. Especially since I snapped my favourite little utility knife while peeling stubborn garlic two days ago.
