The object on the right is reasonably healthy; it's a chickpea and prosciutto salad with rocket, mini-roma tomatoes and fresh peas. The object on the left has no redeeming features healthwise. The base of the slice is made of brown sugar, butter, vanilla and flour. The topping is Haigh's dark couverture chocolate (I was there, I'm weak), slivered almonds and sweetened condensed milk. By the way, couverture chocolate is made with an unusually high percentage of cocoa butter; it's rich and glossy and designed to be used to cover things - hence the name. I'd be quite happy to cover myself with Haigh's dark couverture chocolate.
