Bring it on. This was another one of my rescued recipes: lamb mince flavoured with onion, garlic, mint, freshly ground cumin, allspice, cayenne pepper, black pepper and pomegranate molasses. Then it's piled on top of hummus, piled on top of pita bread. There's more fresh mint scattered over the dish. This particular recipe is now definitely safe from the pound. And now I'm actually falling asleep at the keyboard so it's time for bed...
