N. and I baked two of these and then ate neither of them. This was largely because I fell asleep on the couch and rested soundly until N. and D. woke me up at 10:30 and drove me home. Party party party! Pumpkin Pie - the pastry is Donna Hay and the filling is pumpkin pie mix from David Jones. Add evaporated milk and eggs, combine, fill and bake for a surprisingly long time. It's sweet but not over the top - spicy and warming.
