Nothing to see here...

Well, not much of anything really. Realised at 6:30 as I wended my way homeward that tonight's dinner started with slow-cooking roma tomatoes for an hour and a half. Bugger. Still, this gave me time to make some mint flavoured 'Pod' ice-cream for bro and the lovely N.R. who are crashing at mine on Friday night, pre-wedding eve. Obviously, I'll check for poison first guys - have no fear. The end result of dinner was pretty good, although I don't really feel as though I appreciated it tonight. Blue-eyed cod panfried with fresh oregano, basil and parsley in butter. The roma tomatoes have also caramelised nicely and there are extras for pasta later in the week. 

And now, I really, really need to go to bed. About an hour ago actually.
