The Horror! The Horror!
Good lord! Working to earn a living really limits the opportunities for food indulgence in the day. And you start saying things like 'Good Lord!' and 'Far Out!' rather than other, more adult expressions. Resolution: there will be little to no eating from the canteen this year. There's only so much luke-warm stir-fry a girl can take.

Hope day two provided better lunch opportunities . . . with that large fridge/freezer to store all the yummy goodies you cook you will know doubt be able to byo more often!
PS. Was the apple in the fantasy salad raw?
